A robot is an AI worker with its own ID, human owner, team, permissions, autonomy level and budget. It uses real tools in your workspace — for example to find missing attendance punches or prepare a payroll draft — and every step is logged. Robots are not employees: they never enter payroll or headcount.
Only as far as you allow. Autonomy goes from L1 (advice only) to L5 (coordinated work), and it never adds permissions. Payroll release, compensation changes, exits, bulk changes and irreversible deletes always wait for a person's approval.
